Dear Mines Community,
This morning ITS experienced impacts to 3 of our core services – Zoom, Canvas, and the software supporting our Mines Help Center, TeamDynamix (TDX).

Zoom – Partial outages
This morning at 6am, Zoom started reporting partial outages impacting meetings, video webinars, and portions of their website.  At 10:41 am Zoom updated their community that the problem has been fixed.
Please visit MHC for further information.

Canvas – Slow responsiveness
Canvas LMS has identified two potential problems leading to the application’s slow response times and have already deployed one fix.  They are continuing to work on the second problem but are seeing improvements across most instances.  Some users may still be seeing slow load times, particularly with imports, exports, and notifications.
Please visit Canvas for further information. When this is fully resolved we will send a message within Canvas as a global announcement.

TDX –Slow responsiveness
TDX detected a potential delay within their platform at 9:13am.  They are currently working on investigation and remediation of the situation.  During this time, you may experience delays in the platform.
Please visit the MHC for further information.

Monique
