Service Delivery
The IT Service Delivery team encompasses User Experience and Support Services, the IT Service Desk, IT Service Management, and Educational Technology and Accessibility. The User Experience and Support Services (UXSS) team provides services to help you buy, repair, or replace computing equipment, audio-visual and classroom support, as well as giving you support for commonly used business applications. The IT Service Desk and IT Service Management teams combine to provide both in-person and online support through our helpdesk. The Ed. Tech team provides instructional and learning technology services, and accessibility support services, as well as support for our Continuing and Professional Education Services team.
Support for enterprise-wide services such as network, email, web, and other network based applications is provided by other groups within IT.
